Beam Liner
The BDL-1250/9B Beam Drill Line is a machine designed to apply high speed steel drill tooling to the production of heavy structural steel members. Columns in excess of 730 lbs/ft are continually executed with ease on this one-of-a-kind system. Proven to process between 150-180 tons of structural steel per week on average.

Angle Roll Bender
Ercolina’s CE50H3 angle roll model offers hydraulic center roll positioning.
We use angle roll bender for rectangles (flat stock), squares (solids and tubing), angles, rounds, t-channel, c-channel.

We are proud to offer custom press brake forming services. Our facility has 4 press brakes which works with any material up to 250 tons.
Our custom press brake forming services are available for parts up to 12 feet long and 1/2″ inch thick.
Shearing
With a 10 ft shear in house we are able tp shear:
1/4″ thick stainless steel
3/8″ thick steel
1/2″ thick aluminum.
Punching
With a CNC punch and hydraulic Iron worker, we can precisely punch any material ranging from 24 gauge to 1/2″ thick.
Polishing
A new 48”x25” stroke sander will help us to put the perfect finish on flat metal surfaces.
Welding Services

We use tube polishing machine – ML100 – for finishing the surface of round, oval and elliptical tubes.
